Hey there!

My name is Ann Strout, Online Business Manager and…well, I guess you could call me a BOSS. I like to get my hands in a business, see what’s going on and offer my knowledge and suggestions on ways to improve it! Some might call this a strategic implementer or maybe a business consultant, but I am not really a person who thinks that way. I don’t really like to put a label on what I “am” (besides a mom, fiance and dog owner) because I like to think I am many things and other things…not so much.

But, because its the right thing to do these days, I call myself an Online Business Manager (because I am) and a Strategic Expert (who says what an expert is anyhow?)

I am kind of a business geek. I love your business just as much as you do and your business growth and financial abundance is equally important to me, as it is you. Seriously, you might not think that is possible, but all the s*** you don’t like doing in your business, is a walk in the park for me! (not literally, of course because that wouldn’t really be working…) anyway…

All the things that you may be trying to juggle while living your life purpose, are all the things I LOVE to do! I know how challenging it can be to have a successful business, live your purpose and experience financial abundance, yet be struggling to keep the businesses day-to-day stuff above water.

I understand something that deep down, you know to be true to your core. You LOVE your business, but you didn’t start a business to run a business. You started your business so you could gift the world with your AMAZING blessing! (just tell me if I am off track here…)

I am completely invested in taking this burden off your shoulders so you can focus on what you truly love most. (Like I said, I am a total business geek)

My passions are developing and working with teams to bring together a solid foundation of some pretty amazing folks, who can implement the daily elements of a business. I love to work closely with a team and just get stuff done! At the end of the day, that’s what we all want, right?

Even more than managing a team, I LOVE digging really deep into a business to find its hidden potential and opportunities. The best part about this…there’s always something to find! I find it fascinating to create products and services that can be evergreen and increase the bottom line, especially when no one knew they were there. I love to see how things are really being done and where improvement can be made.

There’s also the promotional calendar! Now this is a great time! How fun it is to map out what you want your entire year to look like and how exciting to take a look at the financial potential! I mean, to me, this is something to rise early out of bed for. I am totally a BIG picture gal!

And of course I LOVE all the little stuff in between. Finding and hiring the team, making sure customers are super happy, being your right hand gal and managing the important elements in your business that allow you to share your purpose with the world, without having to bust your butt 24-7 on the business.
